Terms:   Net 30 days on approved open account. Orders for new accounts must be paid via credit card until a credit application is processed or unless approval has been granted. A 1-1/2% monthly service charge will be applied to all past due balances. A $25.00 service charge (per check) will apply for any returned checks.

Freight:  All products are sold F.O.B. Loretto, Minnesota. Shipping is routed via the least expensive method  which we’ve found generally is UPS ground. You may select the carrier of your prefer, provided they service our Minnesota shipping point. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping: Orders are shipped the same day as they are received. Special requests such as do not ship before certain dates or expedited shipping methods will absolutely be accommodated.

Backorders: All items not shipped initially are automatically backordered unless otherwise requested.

Customers will be contacted when there backorder is ready to ship to verify that the order is still valid.

Claims:  Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims for damage incurred during transit are the responsibility of the customer.
